Caribbean Queen is a "found sound" captured by one of the members of SONTEXT on the island of St. Barts. The sounds of a scooter were recorded in a backpack on a tour of the island. Actual acceleration and deceleration of the motor is exaggerated by a vertical pan(between two speakers) and vertical speaker placement, causing the sound to move up or down depending on the speed of the bike.
